Pikzels lists Premium at US$40 with monthly billing or US$336 with annual billing; Ultimate is US$80 monthly or US$672 annually. Annual plans are paid upfront. Their displayed US$28 and US$56 monthly figures are equivalents of those annual payments, not monthly installments.

Pikzels cancellation, refunds and unused credits
Cancellation does not mean a refund. Pikzels’ published Terms say a subscription can be cancelled through the customer portal, with platform access and remaining credits continuing until the end of the current billing cycle. The same Terms say subscription and additional-credit purchases—including monthly, yearly and one-time credit top-ups—are final and not refundable.
What happens to unused credits? After an ordinary cancellation, the Terms say remaining credits stay available until the billing cycle ends. Pikzels also says every credit requires an active subscription, so do not assume credits remain usable beyond that date. Separately, credits reset on the renewal date by default unless Credit Rollover was selected at checkout; rolled-over credits still require an active subscription.
What should you verify before renewal? The public pages checked on 15 October 2026 explain the cancellation route and credit reset, but they do not show an individual account’s next charge date or amount. Confirm both in the customer portal or checkout before relying on a renewal calculation.
Official sources: Pikzels Terms, sections 10 and 12, and the Pikzels FAQ. Ordinary cancellation is different from a chargeback or provider termination; this guide summarizes customer cancellation, not a payment dispute.
How Pikzels credits work
The published credit costs are 10–20 per thumbnail, 5 per analysis, 1 per title and 50 each to train a Persona or Style. Credits are also used for editing and recreating thumbnails, so your available generations depend on the actions you choose.
Annual subscribers receive their annual credits upfront. The pricing FAQ says credits reset on renewal by default; an optional rollover can be enabled at checkout, and using credits requires an active subscription.
How many thumbnail attempts should you budget?
Work backwards from your publishing schedule. For example, eight videos a month with three concepts per video means 24 thumbnail attempts, before revisions or other actions.
Illustrative calculation: at 10–20 credits per thumbnail, those 24 attempts use 240–480 credits. Add the credits for your other planned actions separately. This is a budgeting example, not a guarantee of usable results or a complete monthly cost.
Count revisions as part of the workflow. A plan that looks inexpensive per generated image may be less useful if you need many attempts to reach a result you can publish.
Which annual allowance fits your workload?
Use the Pikzels credit calculator to include concepts that will be discarded, paid edits, analyses, titles and training actions. It shows a 10–20-credit range for generations and edits, then compares the annual estimate with both published allowances.
For a planning example of four videos per month, three generations and one edit per video, one analysis and three titles per video, two annual training actions and a 10% reserve, the estimate is 2,645–4,757 credits per year. Both annual allowances cover that example. Paying for a larger allowance is not automatically useful when the smaller one covers the expected workload. This is a calculation, not recorded product usage.
Do credits guarantee finished thumbnails?
No. A credit allowance measures available actions, not the number of publishable designs. Include retries and edits in the budget, then inspect a candidate with the local thumbnail checker for file limits and small-screen readability. The checker cannot predict views or CTR.
Pikzels monthly vs annual billing: which commitment fits?
The monthly-billed prices are US$40 for Premium and US$80 for Ultimate. The annual options charge US$336 or US$672 upfront. A smaller monthly equivalent does not mean a smaller amount is charged today.
| Payment comparison | Premium (USD) | Ultimate (USD) |
|---|---|---|
| One monthly payment | $40 | $80 |
| One upfront annual payment | $336 | $672 |
| 12 monthly payments at the checked price | $480 | $960 |

When does the annual payment cost less?
The price-only crossover is nine paid months for either plan. Eight monthly payments total $320 for Premium or $640 for Ultimate, below the respective annual payments. Nine total $360 or $720, above the annual payments. This compares subscription spending; it does not establish equal credit availability or useful output.
For a three-month project, monthly payments total $120 for Premium or $240 for Ultimate at these prices. An annual subscription still commits $336 or $672 upfront, even if the project ends early. For a full 12 months, the annual option is $144 or $288 lower than 12 unchanged monthly payments. These are illustrative calculations, not a coupon or a refund entitlement.
Credit timing can change the decision
The checked monthly view starts Premium at 1,000 credits and Ultimate at 3,000 credits, with allocations increasing over subsequent months. Annual billing provides 18,000 or 54,000 credits upfront. An annual workload fitting an allowance does not prove that a monthly plan covers a busy individual month.
Pikzels’ Terms, section 13, describe tier increases through month four and note that actual allocations may vary. Check the current allocation and reset, rollover and cancellation conditions before paying. A shorter commitment can be useful while evaluating a workflow; annual billing can fit a workload expected to continue throughout the year.
Next step: use the annual credit calculator to budget discarded concepts, edits and other actions. Then compare the required credit timing and payment commitment with the current provider offer. The calculator checks annual capacity; it does not select a monthly plan.

Is there a working Pikzels coupon?
No active coupon has been verified. The Pikzels discount-code page explains the older APT50 and ATP50 listings. A referral link is not proof that a coupon has been applied.
